Value Stream Manager - Kentwood Area

• →Define, implement, and optimize value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• →Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of process inefficiencies.
• →Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream health and performance.
• →Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• →Foster a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and continuous learning within the value stream.

• →Report on value stream performance and progress to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Experience with change management methodologies
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in manufacturing
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
