• →Define and implement value stream strategies to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
