Value Stream Manager - St. Johns Area

• →Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end value stream from raw materials to customer delivery.
• →Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• →Identify and eliminate waste within the value stream using Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• →Develop and implement future state value stream maps to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the value stream.
• →Manage and prioritize improvement projects within the value stream, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• →Collaborate with functional managers to allocate resources and support value stream objectives.
• →Drive standardization of processes and best practices across the value stream.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with Lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
