Value Stream Manager - Wyoming Area

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Value Stream Managers. • →Develop and implement value stream maps to identify and eliminate waste.
• →Lead cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, quality, and cost.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• →Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
• →Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement within the value stream.
• →Manage resource allocation and project prioritization within the assigned value stream.
• →Ensure alignment of value stream activities with overall business objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping, with demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Experience with change management and project management methodologies.
