Value Stream Manager - Zeeland Area

• →Drive end-to-end value stream performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.

• →Manage resource allocation within the value stream, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• →Collaborate with suppliers and customers to optimize the extended value stream and enhance overall efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in implementing and sustaining Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, VSM).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies.
• Familiarity with a variety of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams on continuous improvement principles.
