Weld Technician - Fremont Area

• →Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials and thicknesses.
• →Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine welding processes.
• →Set up and operate welding equipment, including arc welders, grinders, and other tools.
• →Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• →Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment and machinery as needed.
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing welding
• Proficient in blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes
• Ability to perform basic weld inspection and quality control checks

• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods like UT or MT
