Weld Technician - Holt Area

• →Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various materials and part geometries.
• →Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate weld placement and quality.
• →Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting parameters for optimal performance.
• →Conduct quality inspections of welded components, identifying and correcting defects.
• →Troubleshoot welding equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
• →Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize welding processes and improve product design.

• High School Diploma or GED
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate and maintain various welding equipment

• AWS CWI certification
• Experience with robotic welding systems
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, VT)
