Weld Technician - Iron Mountain Area

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, or resistance welding in a production setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment setup and adjustment.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot weld defects.

• Welding certificate or technical training in welding.
• Experience with robotic welding cells.
• Familiarity with weld inspection methods and quality standards.
• Prior experience in automotive or metal fabrication plants.
• Ability to weld multiple processes or materials.
