• High school diploma or GED
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing welding environment
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong understanding of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, STICK)
• Ability to perform quality control checks on welded products

• Additional certifications or training
