Working Supervisor - Caledonia Area

• →Direct and coordinate the daily activities of production associates.
• →Monitor production processes and adjust schedules to meet output targets.
• →Train new employees on manufacturing procedures and safety protocols.

• →Enforce company policies and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• →Maintain accurate production records and complete required reports.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and basic computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
