Working Supervisor - Grand Haven Area

• →Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• →Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

• →Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues, coordinating with maintenance and engineering as needed.

• →Prepare and submit daily production reports, detailing output, scrap rates, and any deviations from planned schedules.

• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ year experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language.
