Working Supervisor - Holland Area

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Working Supervisors. • →Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers.
• →Train new employees on company procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
• →Monitor production processes and adjust schedules to meet production targets.
• →Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and resolve any production issues.
• →Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• →Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team and meet deadlines.
• →Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
