Working Supervisor - Lansing Area

• →Directly supervise a team of 10-15 production line operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• →Train new employees on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and company policies.
• →Monitor production schedules and workflow, making adjustments as needed to meet daily output targets.
• →Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
• →Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, identifying and addressing deviations from specifications.
• →Maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and employee performance.
• →Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and management interaction.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Forklift certification
