Working Supervisor - Norton Shores Area

We are partnering with organizations in Norton Shores that are seeking Working Supervisors. • →Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
• →Train and mentor manufacturing personnel on processes and safety protocols.
• →Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for non-conformance.

• →Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Proficient in interpreting production schedules, blueprints, and quality control specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and conflict resolution.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish
