• →Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• →Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

• →Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and promoting a safe work environment.

• →Collaborate with management to develop and achieve production targets and operational goals.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Forklift operator certification
