Working Supervisor - Wayland Area

• →Enforce company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• →Prepare and submit production reports, including output, scrap, and attendance.
• →Collaborate with management to optimize production schedules and resource allocation.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
