Working Supervisor - Wyoming Area

• →Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• →Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MES).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar production tracking software.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another language common in manufacturing.
