As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physician Assistant to join our established urology team in Park Ridge, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys hospital-based medicine, values a collaborative team environment, and is looking to develop or further advance their expertise in urology.

✓Dedicated Inpatient Role: Enjoy a 100% hospital-based position focused on providing comprehensive inpatient urologic care, including hospital rounding, patient evaluations, and collaboration with physicians in managing a diverse range of urologic conditions.

✓Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside an experienced team of Urologists, APPs, and support staff who prioritize teamwork, clinical excellence, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

✓Predictable Schedule & Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with weekend call coverage approximately every fourth to fifth weekend, providing a balanced and structured work environment.
