Agentic Operator Internship — Product Building

We're an AI-native venture builder for the Global South. We partner with founders who know their industry from the inside and co-build their ventures from first idea through to spin-out, covering product, design, engineering, and GTM.

This internship sits inside Utopia Studio's Product, Engineering & Design team. As an Agentic Operator Intern in Product Building, you'll work across Product Strategy, Build Frameworks, AI engineering, Design, and User Discovery. You'll develop prototypes every day inside the Utopia Studio product, using AI agents and automations to turn ideas into working product surfaces. Real work, real shipping, from day one.

Most internships put you on the edge of the work. This one puts you inside the product, shipping prototypes daily. You'll work directly with the studio team and use AI to do work that would otherwise take a full team.
