Logistics 3PL Senior Broker

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated 3PL Logistics Broker to join our team. If you’re a natural problem-solver with strong industry relationships and a talent for keeping freight moving efficiently, we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Logistics Broker, you’ll be responsible for coordinating shipments, building carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in supporting our growing logistics and supply operations across Western Canada.

• →Source, secure, and manage freight with reliable carriers

• →Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality
• →Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively
• →Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• →Grow and manage a personal carrier network
• →Ensure timely documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance
• →Identify opportunities to optimize cost, service, and route efficiency
