Mens Clubhouse Attendant

Job Summary:
The Men’s Clubhouse Attendant delivers friendly, engaged service to members and guests while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the men's locker room, clubhouse facilities, golf course and tennis restrooms, and designated member areas. The role includes refreshing coffee and snack stations throughout the day, collecting and folding towels, shining shoes, organizing newspapers, assisting with men's card game setup and room readiness, the member gym, and other clubhouse areas. This role ensures a welcoming and well-kept environment at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Ability to provide exceptional service to members and guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize the men's locker room, clubhouse facilities, and other designated areas.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining men's card games and other clubhouse activities.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests.
- Ensure a welcoming and well-kept environment at all times.
- Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to management promptly.
