Duty Technician - Engineering - The Bristol Bol

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Duty Technician to join the pre-opening team at The Bristol Bol. This role ensures the hotel’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technical systems operate reliably, supporting the Engineering Supervisor and contributing to a seamless luxury guest experience.

• →Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and repairs across all hotel systems and equipment.
• →Respond promptly to technical issues and emergencies, minimizing disruption to hotel operations.
• →Ensure all service requests are recorded and completed in a timely manner using the hotel’s FCS1 system.
• →Support preventive maintenance schedules as directed by the Engineering Supervisor.
• →Assist with pre-opening setup, commissioning, and testing of hotel equipment and systems.
• →Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
• →Follow health, safety, and technical regulations, as well as hotel policies and SOPs.
• →Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Previous experience as a Duty Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar in hotels or large facilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Physical ability to handle manual and technical tasks safely.
