→Assist with booking spa appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling
→Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about treatments, services, and promotions
→Provide information on available services, packages, and products
→Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
→Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently
→Ensure the spa’s front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and inviting
→Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
→Maintain knowledge of all spa services, pricing, and current promotions
→Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
