HT Install is South Florida's trusted name in luxury residential and commercial AV integration. We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to take projects from final trim through client handoff - overseeing junior techs, deploying networks, and upholding our high standards. Our best techs take pride in both the technical and physical sides of the work, from programming systems to climbing into attics when necessary.

You Are:

A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Your Location:

Our Office: 1845 SW 4th Ave Delray Beach, FL 33444
Occasional out-of-state travel (less than 5%)
Projects: Located throughout Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter

Your Schedule:

Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
