We're looking for experienced roofers to join our team. If you already know roofing and take pride in doing the job right, we'll teach you the specialized skills needed to work with slate, copper, and other traditional roofing materials.

Responsibilities

→Install/repair slate, clay tile, copper, and EPDM roofs
→Learn specialized slate and copper roofing techniques through paid training
→Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
→Work with an experienced team to deliver high-quality craftsmanship
→Travel to projects as needed, with paid travel time and travel support provided

1+ years of roofing experience
Experience with any type of roofing is welcome
General knowledge of roofing installation, repair, and flashing
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
Pride in your work and attention to detail
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
