The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing strategies that drive qualified traffic, bookings, and revenue across TFG Hospitality’s digital ecosystem. This role focuses on data-driven acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROI, working closely with agencies, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maximize commercial performance.

 

  • Own and execute performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels to drive traffic, bookings, and revenue for all TFG Hospitality brands and websites.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across key markets, including local and international audiences.
  • Manage and optimize paid channels including PPC, display, YouTube, metasearch, affiliates, mobile, native, and social performance campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with media buying agencies to ensure campaigns are efficiently managed, optimized, and aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, proactively identifying optimization opportunities to improve ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data across campaigns, channels, and audiences, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track campaign effectiveness and budget efficiency.
  • Use data and insights to identify new growth opportunities, test new media partners, formats, and markets.
  • Implement short-term tactical campaigns and long-term always-on strategies to support revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across advertising, landing pages, and booking journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with website, CRO, and CRM teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Support SEO strategy from a performance perspective, collaborating on technical, on-page, and backlink initiatives that impact acquisition.
  • Partner with PR and social teams to integrate influencer and paid social amplification into performance campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and proposals for new performance marketing initiatives and technologies.
  • Support marketing managers with performance insights and recommendations to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand guidelines, best practices, and agreed budgets.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, or e-commerce.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with:
  • PPC (Google Ads, Bing)
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Display and video advertising (including YouTube, GDN, rich media, and dynamic banners)
  • Metasearch platforms and deep linking into booking engines
  • Affiliate marketing and third-party partnerships
  • Mobile and native advertising
  • CRM and landing page creation and optimization
  • Strong knowledge of ad-serving platforms, tracking technologies, and analytics tools.
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear commercial actions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence working with agencies, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in reporting and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
  • Experience working within Agile environments and applying continuous optimization principles.
  • Understanding of CRS systems, booking engines, PMS, POS integrations, and online transaction flows.
  • Knowledge of payment gateways and reservation transaction processes is highly advantageous.
