Job Summary

The Global Data Operations Specialist is responsible for running the Havas data management platforms.

S/He ensures the data operations delivery and excellent customer service.

S/He works on the global integration of the team acting as bridge between different areas located globally also ensuring the knowledge flow accordingly across all areas.

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Data Solutions

Main Responsibilities
Data operations management Make sure the data platforms and processes are running well, both in data collection, integration and processing Monitor and manage data quality processes and data integrations Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of all the data exchange and data solution processes Responsible for the quality and security of data Ensure the quality of service; responsible for user support and help desk. Troubleshooting Iron out technical issues and/or help in technical improvement, cascade to development teams Document data operations and monitoring solutions in clear, concise guides Team management Coach, guide and support the team of data operations specialists and developers Motivate and create great place for people to work Ensure knowledge transfer flows in both directions, establish the protocols to warrantee this Develop team effectiveness
Education & Languages

Education	Computer science, engineering or related technical field
Previous Experience	3+ years professional experience in the field of data management
Language Skills
English	 Excellent  Good ⁯ Fair ⁯ Preferable ⁯ Not Required
Spanish	 Excellent  Good ⁯ Fair ⁯ Preferable ⁯ Not Required
