You will run ads for a product that shows people their own problem in under 90 seconds. If you love watching a click turn into a customer, keep reading. Start here: what makes this marketing different Most paid ads ask a stranger to trust a claim. This company’s ads don’t have to. Every ad from this company points to one action: run the free scan. A business owner enters their website address, and in under 90 seconds, the company’s scanner shows what their own site is doing right now: trackers firing before anyone has consented, AI running without disclosure, and missing legal pages. They get the report. Then they decide what to do about it. That is a clean funnel with a real hook: ad, scan, report, plan. Your job is to fill the top of it, make every step convert better than last month, and prove it with numbers. Who they are: They find the hidden risks on websites, fixes them, and keeps the proof. Businesses hire them to check their site against the rules that now apply to tracking and AI, fix what is broken, and show the proof with a live trust badge that their customers, partners and insurance carrier can check. If the site stops passing, the badge shows it. That last part is why people believe it. They are a small, remote team spread across the US, Latin America, and Europe, with roughly half a dozen people. Engineering, client experience, marketing, and sales are all one message away from each other and the founder. Decisions get made in hours, not quarters. The founder has built and sold three companies, has been a licensed attorney since 1999, and has written four books, with a fifth on the way. You will work with him directly, not through three layers. What you would be marketing: The free scan. Ten checks on any website, free to the public. It is the front door for almost every customer we have. They earned plans. Tiered subscriptions with a monthly re-scan, the fixes that follow, and a live trust badge that stays honest. They Consent. Their own consent platform. It controls which scripts run before a visitor agrees and keeps the records that prove consent was given. Their partner program. Agencies and affiliates who send their clients to us and earn commission. They want finished, ready-to-send material, and you will help keep it that way. One more thing worth saying up front: they sell consent and tracking done right. Their own pixels, tags and audiences have to be clean too. If you have only ever run tracking the loose way, you will learn the right way here, and it will make you better at this job anywhere. The role: Paid ads are the core of this job, roughly two-thirds of your week. The rest is the marketing those ads depend on: content, organic, brand and partner support. On a lean team, the person who is good at ads is directly involved in all of it. Run paid acquisition. Plan, build, launch and manage campaigns in Meta and/or Google. You own the budgets, audiences, bidding and testing calendar. Own the ad accounts. Manage our Meta Business account and/or Google Ads account: users, pixels, conversion events, domains, billing and policy issues. Make the ads. Write the copy and build the creative: static, carousel and short video. You will use AI tools and their brand design system to produce more variations, faster. Own the numbers. Cost per scan, cost per signup, customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend. Report them weekly in plain words, cut losers fast and scale winners. Improve the funnel. Work with engineering on landing and offer pages, and with sales on follow-up sequences in GoHighLevel, so more scans turn into customers. Support organic and partners. Help with LinkedIn, blog and email content, and keep partner materials current. Their brand voice and approved words matter, and you will learn them. Use AI every day. Research, drafts, ad variations, analysis. They build with AI on purpose, and we expect you to bring new ways to use it. Show up to the 10:00 AM ET standup. Fifteen minutes, whole team, what moved and what is stuck. Requirements Who this fits: You have personally built and managed paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads for at least 3 years, working with real budgets, and you can walk us through a campaign’s performance from the first click to the sale. You have managed a Meta Business account and/or a Google Ads account yourself, not just had access to one. You love conversions. You read a results dashboard because you want to, not because someone asked. You are not afraid of technology. Pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, GA4, landing page builders and CRM automations do not scare you, and when something breaks you dig in. You already use AI tools in your work and want to use them more. You are a self-starter. They run a macro-management shop: they agree on the goal and the number, and you decide how to hit it. You are fluent in English at a C1 to C2 level, especially written. You will be writing copy that business owners read. Accents are awesome; strong writing is the requirement. You care how a brand looks and sounds, and you notice when something is off. Who this does not fit: Anyone who needs a manager to sign off on every ad before it goes live. Anyone who only wants to manage spend and hand the creative to someone else. Anyone who sees AI as a threat rather than a tool. Nice to have, not required: Experience in both Meta and Google, not just one. Hands-on CRM Experience, GoHighLevel experience preferred but NOT required. Our stack may change. LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager or server-side conversion tracking. Short-form video editing. Great news is their tech tools do almost all of this work now!! Marketed B2B services, SaaS, or to professional services firms, agencies or healthcare. Worked with an affiliate or partner program. Worked on a US and Latin America remote team before. Room to grow: This is a new company in its start-up phase, and the market is moving fast. The person in this seat will see the whole business up close, shape how they go to market, and have real room to grow with the company as the team does. Your results will be visible to everyone, including the founder, every week. Benefits $2300 - $3500 USD/monthly 100% remote from anywhere in Latin America
