About the Role
~1 min readThis is a sales position with front-desk responsibilities, not a traditional receptionist role. You will independently manage the front desk while guiding patients toward membership, overcoming objections, asking directly for enrollment, and confidently closing the sale. We need someone naturally outgoing, high-energy, and confident engaging with people in person, by phone, and on camera.
The position will primarily serve one Connecticut clinic. With reasonable advance notice, employees may occasionally be required to support other locations within our growing network. A flat travel allowance is provided for eligible cross-clinic assignments.
