Responsibilities

Leadership Excellence: Maintain, manage, and inspire a full team through recruiting, interviewing, mentoring, and coaching.
Resident-Centric Care: Perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate individualized care plans, and provide empathetic, personalized care.
Effective Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with internal staff, third-party vendors, and medical professionals.
Quality Assurance: Lead staff meetings, manage service agreements, update physician order sheets, and assure compliance with healthcare protocols.
Continuous Oversight: Ensure proper medication management, complete timely audits, handle incident reporting, and conduct investigations.
Emergency Response: Assist community during emergencies.

A bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
LVN, LPN or Registered Nurse with a current license in good standing.
Five to seven years’ experience in a senior care environment preferred.
