Responsibilities

→Build, test, deliver, and maintain robotic automations using UiPath, ensuring implementations align with industry standards and best practices.
→Architect and code solutions that are secure, scalable, extensible, reusable, well-documented, and sustainable.
→Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at optimal solutions.
→Collaborate with software engineers and subject matter experts to identify automation candidates and define requirements.
→Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements and established standards.
→Capture and communicate development best practices across the team.
→Guide and mentor junior developers through skill and professional development.
→Work with the VP of Technology Solutions and applicable project managers to support delivery objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
8+ years of experience in software engineering and development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath.
5+ years of experience working with PKI-secured systems.
UiPath Automation Developer Professional AND Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Certifications
Proven ability to contribute to technical architecture design, including requirements management and technology selection.
Experience working within Agile and continuous integration environments.
Strong problem-solving capability.
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
UiPath certification(s).
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Prior experience supporting Navy or other DoD customers.
