Full-Time Key Holder, Fragrance

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, elevated, and personalized shopping experience.
• Help clients discover products across skincare, haircare, fragrance, bath & body, and beauty categories
• Build strong product knowledge and confidently recommend products based on customer needs and lifestyle
• Support customers with gifting, routines, product layering, and beauty discovery
• Build long-term customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Support team goals through upselling, cross-selling, and creating strong basket-building opportunities
• Stay informed on new launches, trends, hero products, and seasonal promotions
• Participate in store events, in-store activations, and customer experience moments

• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store always feels clean, organized, and inspiring
• Assist with inventory management, replenishment, shipment processing, and stock organization
• Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain luxury service standards throughout the store

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment
• Participate in ongoing beauty education and product training
• Support teammates and contribute to a culture centered around growth, teamwork, and customer experience

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in fragrance or luxury retail; key holder experience a plus
• Passion for fragrance and storytelling is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Social media or content creation experience is a plus
