Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that support the company’s marketing and sales initiatives. Analyze and report on media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the company’s media efforts current and effective. Project Management: Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through strategic media efforts. Ensure all media activities are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their needs and provide media support. Present media plans and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a media management role, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in media production tools and software. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for media and content creation.
