• 5 years of experience as an IT Service Manager or IT Project Manager
• Experience in different technological solutions such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, etc.
• Experience within APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic)
• Experience in identifying operational risks to service and ensuring mitigation actions
• Expertise in Java troubleshooting and Cloud environments 
• Fluent in spoken and written English
