Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dish Tech to join our team. The Dish Tech will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining dishwashing equipment in commercial kitchens. They will ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in repairing and installing commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Responsibilities:
- Install new dishwashing equipment in commercial kitchens
- Repair and maintain dishwashing equipment as needed
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Follow safety protocols and standards at all times
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
