We're hiring for every position, Front and Back of House, to build our opening team from day one. Whether you're a seasoned pro or ready to grow with us, this is your chance to help launch a high-volume, high-energy restaurant and be part of something from the very first shift.

Front of House
Servers: deliver warm, knowledgeable service and make every guest feel like a regular
Hosts: set the tone at the door, manage the flow, and keep the energy up
Bussers: keep the dining room clean, reset tables fast, and support the whole team

Back of House
Line Cooks: execute our scratch-made menu with speed, consistency, and pride
Prep Cooks: prep fresh, from-scratch ingredients that set the kitchen up to win
Dishwashers: keep the kitchen running with clean equipment and a can-do attitude

As a founding team member, you'll go through our full opening training, learn our standards from the ground up, and help shape the culture of The Rustic in The Colony.
