About the Role

Human-AI Collaboration: Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and Figma AI) into your daily workflow to brainstorm concepts, generate assets, and accelerate prototyping.
Designing the Core: Work alongside Senior Designers and Product Managers to conceptualize and execute design solutions across multiple user interfaces and mobile apps.
Prototyping & Iterating: Bring ideas to life quickly. You’ll participate in design sprints, create wireframes, and build high-fidelity prototypes.
Advocating for the user: Participate in user research to ensure that our AI-assisted designs actually solve real human problems with empathy and ethics.
Presenting your work: Learn how to articulate your design decisions in team critiques. We want to hear why you made the choices you did, and how you used tools to get there.

Requirements

A standout portfolio: We care much more about your taste, your thought process, and your potential than we do about your grades. Show us how you think and how you solve problems.
Fierce Curiosity: You don't need to be an AI prompt engineer yet, but you must have a deep curiosity about how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of design and a willingness to experiment daily.
The fundamentals: A recent degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. You know the rules of typography, layout, and color theory well enough to know when to break them.
Toolbox basics: Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
A growth mindset: You are open to constructive feedback and leave your ego at the door. You know that the first draft is never the final draft.
