This creates an opportunity for an associate to step in, build relationships, and develop within a stable and supportive setting. You’ll work closely with the senior doctor, gaining exposure to implant dentistry and advanced procedures, while building your own patient base over time. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive general dentistry with exposure to implant cases Collaborate closely with a tenured clinical support team Partner with the senior doctor on mentorship and patient care Contribute to practice growth as hours and patient demand expand Who You Are DDS or DMD with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility) 2–5 years of experience preferred Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment Interested in expanding clinical skills, particularly in implants Easygoing, personable, and team-oriented Schedule Part-time to start (2–3 days per week) Friday availability strongly preferred Opportunity to grow into additional days as the practice expands What You Can Expect Strong clinical support and mentorship Autonomy in patient care without rigid production pressure A stable, growth-minded environment focused on long-term success Opportunity to build a lasting career within the practice
