Associate General Dentist - Full-Time

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable dental clinic in Pennsylvania and is seeking an experienced and qualified Associate General Dentist to join their growing team in Cranberry Township. As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while contributing to the success of the practice. You will work closely with the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism, clinical care, and ethical practice. Schedule: Full-Time What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections Perform comprehensive dental examinations and preventive treatments Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs Review and interpret diagnostic images, including X-rays, to evaluate oral health and identify potential concerns Perform restorative and general dental procedures within the scope of licensure and clinical training Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care Consult with dental specialists as needed for complex cases and referrals Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care instructions to patients Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and all applicable clinical protocols and regulations Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct Stay current with advancements in dentistry and evidence-based clinical practices Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment What We Are Looking For Education, Experience & Licensure Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school Current and valid state dental license Previous experience in general dentistry preferred Additional Skills & Attributes Strong clinical skills and proficiency in general dentistry procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality patient care Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and protect patient privacy Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to ongoing professional growth and clinical excellence Why Join the Team?
