CRNA – Anesthesia & Interventional Pain | Full Time | No Call

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Las Vegas, NM, and we are looking to hire a dependable and experienced CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical and pain management procedures. In this role, under the supervision of or in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and surgical team, the CRNA provides: Anesthesia Services (60%): Anesthesia care for low-acuity general surgery, orthopedic procedures, and upper and lower endoscopic procedures Interventional Pain Management (40%): Anesthesia and procedural support for epidurals, nerve blocks, and other acute and chronic pain management procedures The youngest patients may be 5 years of age for ENT procedures and 12 years of age for general surgery and orthopedic cases. Schedule: Full-Time | No call responsibilities What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities: Provide safe administration of general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for scheduled and emergency cases Perform advanced interventional pain techniques, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and peripheral nerve blocks Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized anesthetic plans, and manage patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Exercise full-scope, independent practice authority as permitted by New Mexico state regulations and hospital bylaws Follow applicable AANA standards, accreditation requirements, OSHA regulations, infection control protocols and DEA regulations What We Are Looking For: Qualifications and Requirements: Master’s or doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program Current, active, and unencumbered RN and CRNA licensure in the State of New Mexico Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications Minimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experience, ideally including independent practice and pain management High proficiency in airway management, ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, and spinal/epidural techniques What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensation and benefits every step of the way Benefits Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Insurance Retirement Plans PTO, Leave of Absence Maternity/Disability Leave Flexible Spending Account If you’re an experienced CRNA seeking a diverse clinical role with a strong focus on anesthesia and interventional pain management, we’d love to hear from you.
