You’ll contribute to a positive patient experience while working alongside an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional outcomes. In This Role, You Will: Provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Conduct focused nursing assessments by accurately collecting, documenting, and communicating both objective and subjective patient information in a timely manner. Monitor patients closely for current health status, changes in condition, and any abnormal signs or symptoms, communicating updates promptly to the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective care.
