The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected non-profit healthcare system in Helena, MT, to hire dedicated LPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you’ll provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes. As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patient care across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you're needed most. Available Opportunities Clinic Float Pool- Full-Time | PRN available Orthopedic Clinic - Full-Time Family Practice - 1.0 FTE & 0.8 FTE opportunities available Urgent Care - 0.9 FTE | 12 Hr Shifts What You’ll Do Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Active Montana LPN license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (re-certification every 2 years) IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program Additional Skills & Attributes Maintains required education and ongoing professional development Completes mandatory training and attends required staff meetings Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment Dependable and committed to safe, high-quality care What You Can Expect Benefits: Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Coverage, HSA& FSA Options Generous PTO, Vacation days, holidays & sick leave Tuition Assistance & Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan with 3% employer match Cafeteria, Health Club Membership & Affordable Child Care Success Share Payout Compensation is reviewed annually to remain competitive with industry standards.
