Clinic, home, and community Strong compensation and professional support Entry-level candidates welcome What You’ll Do Provide therapeutic and self-care interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) Monitor patient performance to ensure exercises and activities are completed safely and correctly Participate in team meetings and case conferences to support coordinated care plans Document daily treatment notes and weekly progress accurately and on time Maintain treatment areas, therapy equipment, and supplies Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques under OTR guidance Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations Requirements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Montana OTA license, or ability to obtain licensures CPR certification Valid driver’s license Preferred Skills & Competencies Compassion and patience when working with patients and families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Physical capability to lift patients, carry equipment, and remain active throughout the day High attention to detail and ability to follow treatment plans precisely Strong organizational skills and respect for patient confidentiality Benefits Compensation & Benefits Negotiable Hourly Rate (dependent on education and experience) Relocation Assistance: Negotiable Continuing Education Stipend License Fee Reimbursement Work Environment Outpatient setting Combination of clinic-based, in-home, and community services Supportive team culture focused on quality care over volume
