The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are seeking to hire experienced and compassionate RNs for their Emergency Department to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-faced setting with professionalism, adaptability and minimal supervision. In this role, you will expertly triage patients, prioritize care needs, and provide timely interventions addressing physical and psychosocial needs. You would also monitor patient responses, adjust treatments as needed, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while responding effectively to changing patient conditions. Schedule: Full-Time | 0.75 FTE | Days (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) 12 Hour shifts | Nights (12 Hour Shifts) What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting Triage patients, prioritize care needs, and implement timely interventions Address patients’ physical and psychosocial needs Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team Support optimal patient outcomes and efficient patient flow Maintain clear, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation Respond rapidly to changing patient conditions Work professionally and effectively with minimal supervision What We Are Looking For Education, Experience and Certifications Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program Emergency nursing experience preferred; Critical care experience desirableCurrent Montana RN License BLS required; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire TNCC required within 1 year of hire NRP & ENPC required within 2 years of hire CEN preferred Knowledge of emergency nursing roles and practices Additional Skills and Attributes Cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, stress, deadlines, and difficult situations Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Non-judgmental, service-oriented, and empathetic approach Receptive to feedback and changing environments Flexibility with scheduling and department assignments Commitment to ongoing professional development and education Physical strength, agility, and endurance Ability to lift and move patients and equipment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency environment What You Can Expect Medical, Dental, Vision coverage Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage Health Savings Account (HSA), Long-Term and Short-Team disability coverage & Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off with up to 29 days annually including vacation days, holidays and sick leave Tuition Assistance and Reimbursement for eligible coursework 403(b) Retirement Plan with a 3% employer match Health Club Membership + affordable, high-quality childcare Success Share Payout On-Site Cafeteria The Company conducts annual market analysis to ensure compensation stays competitive and aligned with industry standards
