Registered Nurse (RN)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas that is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment plans in a clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform full patient assessments and develop care plans Administer medications and treatments Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications: Active RN license (Texas) BLS required, ACLS/PALS preferred 1+ year RN experience preferred
