Registered Respiratory Therapist – Full-Time | Per Diem + $10K Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a growing team dedicated to making a real difference in patients’ lives. Schedule: Full-Time & Per Diem opportunities available What You’ll Do Under the direction of the Director of Respiratory Care, with minimal supervision the RRT will: Set-up and operate respiratory therapy equipment and deliver therapy prescribed by physicians Deliver high-quality respiratory care while ensuring patient safety and comfort Perform diagnostic testing, including: Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) Electrocardiographs (ECGs) Electroencephalography (EEGs) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support patient care plans Participate in on-call rotation as needed Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinical standards What We Are Looking For Education, Experience and Certifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care Previous experience to demonstrate ability to accept responsibility as a RRT Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license Current CPR, ACLS, PALS & NRP Certifications New graduates are welcome to apply What You Can Expect: Flexible schedule — 3x12 Day Shifts Compensation and Benefits (when eligible) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive compensation package Medical, Dental, Vision coverage Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage Health Savings Account (HSA), Long-Term and Short-Team disability coverage & Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off with up to 29 days annually including vacation days, holidays and sick leave Tuition Assistance and Reimbursement for eligible coursework 403(b) Retirement Plan with a 3% employer match Cafeteria, Health Club Membership & Affordable Child Care Success Share Payout Compensation is reviewed annually to remain competitive with industry standards.
