As the RN House Supervisor - Nights, you’ll be the driving force behind hospital operations, supporting clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient care, and creating a safe and collaborative environment for staff and patients. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN supervisor to make a meaningful impact across the hospital while working alongside a dedicated team committed to quality care and community service. What You’ll Do As a RN Night House Supervisor, you will oversee hospital-wide operations and provide leadership support across departments during overnight hours. You’ll serve as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families while ensuring smooth operations and high standards of care. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management and clinical coverage across units Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless care delivery Help create positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving What We’re Looking For Qualifications Active Alabama RN license required 4-6 years of recent hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills Previous supervisory or management experience preferred BSN preferred ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire Why Join Us?
