The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in beautiful Helena, MT and looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced operating room environment, is passionate about supporting successful surgical outcomes and wants to become part of a surgical team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll work alongside skilled surgeons and clinical professionals, playing a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical procedures. What You’ll Do Support surgeons during operative and invasive procedures and while maintaining strict sterile technique Prepare operating rooms with the instruments, equipment, and supplies needed for each procedure Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are organized, stocked, and ready for use Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments according to infection control and hospital safety standards Assist with medication handling under direct supervision Contribute to team meetings, ongoing training, and quality improvement initiatives Help create a positive, patient-focused surgical environment What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of OR technician experience or certification in OR technology Ability to scrub independently across all surgical specialties Completion of a two-year Surgical Technologist program preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to patient safety Why Join This Opportunity?
