The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization in South San Francisco, CA to hire a dependable and dedicated Warehouse Handler who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently What You’ll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Handle materials safely and efficiently while following safety procedures Organize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibility Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with shipping standards Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Conduct inventory counts and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and resolve issues promptly Support timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and overall business success What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs safely Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.(certification preferred but not mandatory) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices Preferred: Forklift operator certification Previous warehouse or logistics experience Familiarity with inventory management software & barcode scanning systems Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors Key Skills Attention to detail and accuracy Physical stamina and safe material handling Equipment operation and safety awareness Team collaboration and communication Time management and efficiency Work Environment & Schedule Warehouse setting with active equipment and moving materials Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift Shift Schedule: Full-time (typically 40 hours/week) Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts) Occasional overtime may be required Why This Role This is a great opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts daily operations and customer satisfaction.
