We’re looking for a talented Visualiser to bring strategic thinking and strong visual execution to our design team. You’ll translate brand and communication objectives into impactful visual solutions across digital, social, and print. Pay Scale Our budget for this senior role is Upto INR 60,000 per month (commensurate with performance). Location This is a full-time, on-site position at our Churchgate, Mumbai office. Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print), social media graphics, and more Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc. ) to understand project goals, target audience, and brand messaging Manage a project pipeline effectively, delivering work on time and within budget Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth Stay ahead of design trends, exploring new techniques and software to enhance the team's skillset and deliver innovative design solutions Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement Participate in client meetings and presentations Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors, if applicable Assist with design recruitment efforts Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/ Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software.
