Responsibilities

→Receive and organize incoming food orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
→Expedite food orders to servers in a timely manner, maintaining communication to ensure efficient service.
→Monitor the flow of service and prioritize orders based on timing and guest needs.
→Assist kitchen staff with plating, garnishing, and ensuring quality control of dishes before they leave the kitchen.
→Maintain a clean and organized expo station, including proper storage of supplies and utensils.
→Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to resolve any issues or delays in orders.
→Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment in accordance with health regulations.
